A Short Dating Comedy
When a budding romance falls apart, a broken-hearted woman takes her oblivious ex to trial in a fantastical "Court of Relational Justice" where even an unread text is a punishable offense. But the scorned lover’s campaign for justice will open the door to some uncomfortable truths.

Co-written by myself and my brother Ben Christopher, The Trial is a 13-minute fantasy satire that explores the relationship between Enabler and Enabled, Anxious and Avoidant, Chaser and Chased - comically examining the ways in which we sabotage ourselves and our relationships.

My name is Chelsea Smith and I'm Muses Delight, a one-woman creative shop based in the Northwest. I've worked in marketing and communications for over 10 years in multiple industries.
I've produced commercial and educational work for universities, businesses, non-profits, and other artists. Whether it's directing a video campaign, writing and designing web content, or producing and voicing engaging audio content - I love to use storytelling for the greater good. In my spare time, I love to make short films, sing and play music. I also act as Director of Treefort Music Festival's film festival Filmfort. My philosophy is that all work can be creative because creativity is a state of mind. And "When the bees are making honey, the muses delight".
